Roasted turkey breast, when to add veggies?

I am making a roasted turkey breast in the oven tonight and I wanted to add some carrots and potatoes to the panWhen should I add them to the pan?? Also if you have any good recipes for the turkey breast I would really appreciate itIt is my first time making it in the oven and I am kind of winging it ;)

Roasting a turkey breast is very easyWash your Turkey breast thoroughly under cold water and pat dry, Place breast in a roasting pan, and Rub inside of breast with salt On the outside (skin) of the breast, rub and massage skin with a fat(this could be Olive oil, Margarine, butter) and sprinkle on any herbs you may desire(Onion powder, garlic powder,pepper,rosemary,sage,) After completing the above, when breast is in the pan, place aluminum foil over breast to form a tent over breastPlace breast in 350f Degree oven for 20 minutes per pound At the point of your last hour of cooking, add your vegetables to the pan and continue to cook At the point of where you only have 1/2 hour left to cooking time, remove foil and allow breast to brownRemove from oven and allow to rest 5~10 minbefore carving.
