Question:

Rotating Axle?

An automobile axle rotating at 100 rpm undergoes uniform angular acceleration for 12 seconds and ends up at 1400 rpm. What angle in radians does the axle rotate through in the 12 seconds?

Answer:

The vehicle manufacturer's recommended tire inflation pressure is the proper psi when a tire is cold. The term cold does not relate to the outside temperature. Rather, a cold tire is one that has not been driven on for at least three hours. When you drive, your tires get warmer, causing the air pressure within them to increase. Your tires can get warm after just 1 mile of driving.
i put air in a lot of tires when it was cold and never had any trouble. when the tire is cold that,s how you know the accurate reading when you fill it with air. like the other person said, the tires are cold when you buy them.
Of course you can put air in cold tire. When you get a new set of tires in the tire shop, the DO NOT warm them up, do they?
average angular acceleration 1300 rpm / (12/60) min 6500 rev/min/min * (2 Pi rad / rev) 40820 rad / min^2 40820 rad / min^2 11.3888 rad /s^2 11.3888 rad/s^2 *(12^2)s^2 1632.7 rad
