Question:

Salmon curry.is it possible to do that?

Whenever i cook salmon its always dry and taste bad.I know this sounds crazy.is it possible to chop it, put onions, spices, potatoes and make a stew?

Answer:

YesFish stew is goodTry googling a recipe for Boulibaisse (A French Fish stew)Salmon would work really wellI don't know how you're cooking it to make it dry, but it sounds like you are over cooking itIf you are baking it, a good trick is to cook it at a high heat for a short amount of timeI set the oven at 425 FIt takes 12-15 min for salmon filletsAlso, purchase a meat thermometerFish is done at 145 FAnything higer than this is overcooked.
Wood CertainlyWood is a porus cellular based materialWhile Masonry is dense and conducts heat betterWood is a natural insulator and doesnt conduct heat well Masonry is a poor insulator and does counduct heat.
