Here's looking at you, lass. a) The charges would vary by location of your house and the mirror. b) A window installer would be a good person to hire to remove the mirror. Call one or two local contractors and ask who they recommend for windows. c) The alternative would be to hang a shower curtain or sheet 3 to 5 inches away from the curtain, directly on it if necessary. Then utilize a hammer to break into pieces. A pry bar, available at most hardward stores would allow you to pry the pieces off then. Work through the sheet and ideally with glass protection. s
Sheesh I totally missed your details. :-) Sorry about that. Medium is perfect for hamburger and meatballs! With certain stoves you may have to go med/med high or med/med low. You'll know what's right, you'll have that sizzle but it won't be super loud to make you think it's burning on the outside. My stove I use medium/med low.
