Question:

Should I use a blanket or not for my fever?

and at night time when I'm sleeping, my skin is hot to the touch but I feel so coldSo should I cover with blankets or not because I don't want to raise my body temperature anymore.

Answer:

Increase the temp to 375 and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Increase oven temperature 25 degrees and add 10-15 minmore cooking timeI would crimp heavy duty foil tightly around the edges to trap the steam in the panThe plastic wrap just helps to make a better seal to trap steam and promote even cookingThe steam from the potatoes and sauce keeps the pan from getting too hot to melt the plastic wrap during the covered initial cooking timeThe cheese won't stick to the plastic wrap touching the cheese.
I fyou feel cold; you should cover yourself with a blanket until you break a sweat; then take a warm washcloth and wash your face; then take blanket off and cool off; when too cold; put blanket on; repeat through out night; chills are not good; sweating not that bad; exretes bad chemical
Convection ovens are generally HOTTER- so lower the oven temp by about degrees.
