No negative comments on personal views of piercings PLEASE! My husband and I got married at the court house last summer and we are having our big wedding this summer. He thinks that I will later regret having wedding pics with my piercings. I have one small stud on each side of my bottom lip and one in my monroe. I want to get diamond ones so they will match. I am very happy with the way I am and I dont believe that i will ever regret being true to myself. WHat do you think I should do?????
The Upper arm is is 1/3 bicep, and 2/3's triceps, so stop doing so many bicep exercises. Do more tricep exercises, don't overwork them though, you wouldn't want to over train
