Question:

Skinless boneless chicken breast.?

Removed some from the freezer today to fix tonight for dinner. How should I fix them?

Answer:

get some tofu the firmest you can find.the night before press the tofu and get out some of the moisture and cut into big cubes you can make kebobs with and marinate it into some orange juice, soy, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and ginger and rice wine vinegar put the cubes into a packet of foil with your favorite veggies and the marinadeI like sugar snap peas carrots and broccoliCook up and enjoyif you would like firmer tofu feel free to broil the cubes up and serve them with the packet of veggies in the marinade
I just slice up potatoes, sweet onion, zucchini and summer squash in a bowlDrizzle with olive oil and spices you like, I use salt and pepper, garlic and rosemaryFold it into the packets and place in the oven or on the grill.
I like to grill out with different types of squash, pea pods, onion, sweet potatoes, and fresh carrotsI also sprinkle a little lemon pepper for tasteI wrap it all up in foil with a little olive oil and grill until tenderSo yummy.
Say for two to three: Preheat oven to 350FMix1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo with either a 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or a pack of Lipton Onion Soup mix Coat the chicken with the mayo mixture and then dredge the breasts in bread crumbs.either seasoned or plain (seasoned with a little italian seasonings is good) Place on cake-type racks sprayed with PAM on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil (fast cleanup !) Cook at least 20 minutes.turn over and another 20 until they're a nice brownThey'll have a crunchy-like crust and you won't believe how juicy they areThe recipes GREAT for wings and thighs tooAll the taste of deep fried without the oilGood luck !!!!!
