lmaoI'm stumped for once! OH! what about the fire sprinklers? lol.WAIT! ur already WET! you will be finenext time don't shower nekked, just in case. BTW.. have you thought about EARTHQUAKES? lol
lol this actually happened to me. you can hear the fire alarm (hopefully you have one) over the water running. Thankfully mine was put out in a hurry so I was able to find clothes before I went outside..though I did inhale quite a bit of smoke.
Scramble the numbers, then close it, then see if your combination opens it again. Idk, just guessing
This actually happens more often than you might think. You would probably hear the firefighters inside the house before anything else. Other possibilities are that all the lights in the house suddenly go out, or that smoke starts pouring into the bathroom over the top of the door. The usual fire safety stuff applies. Stay low, don't open a hot door, and get out. If you're trapped and have access to a phone, call for help. Go out a window if you have to, and it's safe. In most cases, you would probably have time to grab a towel. It's possible that you might panic and leave without grabbing a towelalive and embarrassed is better than covered and dead! It's also possible that you might get trapped and forget to cover yourself, only to be rushed outside without any covering when you are rescued. Don't worry about that. First responders see naked people all the time, and someone will get a blanket on you as soon as you're outside. This sort of thing also happens in tornadoes and earthquakes. Sometimes people get trapped while showering, sometimes not. Also, some people sleep in the nude, and run outside in fires and other disasters without covering up. In most cases, they take a moment to grab a robe, first. One thing to note is that if you are seriously injured, any clothing you are wearing will be cut off in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Of course, they will immediately cover you with a drape, and only expose the body parts that they need to work on to help you. Once you get to the ER, you'll be taken into a room, where anything they need to work on will be uncovered. Occasionally, that means everything. But, imagine that you have a fractured pelviswould you want them to uncover that part of your body and work on it, or would you rather just bleed to death? In general, people will try to help you first, and give you as much dignity as is possible. Sometimes, that's not much.
You would save on hot water.
