Question:

Review on Skullcandy Crushers?

So, I'm looking to buy good Bass, good Surround, and just overall quality performance headphones. In a $100 range. But I'm also after Brand, not just sound. Does anyone have any reviews on the Crushers or could you recommend good headphones for my specs? Thanks.

Skullcandy Crusher Review
The most awesome piece of headphones I have ever owned. You've got to try them once or else you are missing something.
I recently bought the crushers and all I can say is that I am really satisfied with these headphones. For $100 these headphones make listening to bass driven music enjoyable. When you turn the knob up you begin to hear and feel the headphones vibrate simulating subwoofers in a car, concert or club without any distortion. I do not recommend these headphones for any other purpose except for the enjoyment of listening to bass driven music like hip hop, trance, dub step etc... That is if you want to feel that bass. Everything other genre with mostly miss and highs just boosts the lows. As a producer or a dj, it's only reasonable why they would spend $200 to $500 for prossional brand headphones. Buying the skull candy crushers is like the same reason why people put subwoofers in there cars. But $100 you can't go wrong with these headphones. Only cons is that you won't feel much of the vibrations maxed out as you are walking. When your still or as the train is in motion, it's perfectly fine. Also it uses only one battery so if your walking, there is no reason to max out the knob for the bass is already decent. Like I said, I can't say it makes music sound better than it already is but I can say it makes music sound enjoyable and fun to listen to. $100 well spent.
Skullcandy is RUBBISH, sorry. If REAL quality is an issue, you should stick to REPUTABLE brands only such as BW, Sennheiser (most affordable), Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Audio-Technica (NOT to be mixed with Technic which is utter rubbish as well!), Etymotic or Beyerdynamic. Things like V-Moda, Klipsch, Sony, Panasonic, JVC and Philips are ONLY okay-ish indeed. Please do NOT fall a victim to FASHION ACCESSORIES by buying Boombox, Ministry of Sound, Sol/Republic/Revolution, Noontec Zoro's, Benetton, a-jays, iFrogz, Marley, Fanny Wang, Razer, Karl Kani, WESC, Turtle, JH, Dr.Dre/Beats/Solo, Ludacris/Soul, Koss, Skullcandy, Lady GaGa, Skullcrushers, Monsters nor Bose, because they are ALL seriously overhyped and overpriced fashion blingbling gimmicks with a very poor durability and sound quality, NOTHING else (and those who try to claim they are good do NOT know ANYTHING about QUALITY anyway!), BE THEM FAKE OR NOT! Also, please do NOT focus on the thumping bass that just distorts everything else, instead go for GOOD audio quality IN GENERAL.
