so i made a little bong the other day out of a water bottle with a pen casing as a stem and aluminum foil as a bowl, well as i don't have any weed i smoked some tobacco in it and it gave me like a 30 minute buzz, but im confused as to why im getting a buzz because tobacco can't make you high so is it just a lack of oxygen to the brain or what im not really sure any thoughts?
