Question:

spidi or held or teknic or cloveritalia(motorcycle gloves)?

Deciding on which gloves may hold up to crashes best. Spidi Penta's, Held Phantoms, Teknic Violators, or Clover Italias RS-3? Anyone have personal experience with these gloves? Will all of them hold up very well? Comfort and design is of no importance to me. I have simply read alot on these gloves (clovers excluded, was recommended from a friend) and all seem to have very good comments or reviews.

Answer:

The only official road between the two countries is in Panmunjon, the Peace Village that is built directly on the dividing line on the DMZ. There are fortifications built on both sides to keep the other side from just rolling through but with a couple of large bulldozers, they would be gone within an hour or so. The rest of the DMZ is just an imaginary line, with tiny signs on it to say Here's the line. Keep in mind that the 38th parallel is very mountainous, and in every valley are muddy fields, it is VERY difficult to move armor through the area. Yes, the DMZ is really nothing but a speed bump. Well over 90% of the US forces in South Korea are within artillery range of the North Korean arty batteries, so if they started firing salvos, there would be LOTS of US soldiers, airmen, sailors and Marines killed within minutes. By the time the Pentagon got word that the North was attacking, most of the carnage would be done at least for the first strike. From then on, it would be counterattack. If the North were to attack, within hours, we would have our ready force on planes, headed for the peninsula. China has already said that if the South (or anyone else) attacks, they would help defend the North. HOWEVER, they have also said that if the North attacks, they were on their own, and would receive no assistance from the Chinese. In either case, the war would be bloody, with thousands of thousands of casualties on both sides. Brian Raini
The allies who fought in the Korean War built it, the allies were by far the majority United States military. I believe it's approximately the same width across yes. If either side actually mobolized a military into the DMZ we would be forced to take military action and defend South Korea, and how long it would take is beyond my knowledge, depends on our intel, how close our troops are, and how long it takes to declare war. Yes, North Korea attacking the South would be a no-win for everyone, U.S. would have to get involved, and as a consequence, China would almost certainly get involved.
Do you mean having their villages burned and the women and children massacred by General Custer and his genocide troops? See Battle of Washita River for a good example. And then you had Christian Indian Agents who took supplies and food meant for the Native Americans and sold it themselves for a profit. The result of this was that more women and children died, from starvation. When it came to treaties, the less than honorable actions of the Christian White Man gave the word renege a new meaning. Yes, The Trail of Tears. one has to remember that these people were experts at living off the land both for food and for medicines, etc. But, when forced to move west beyond the Mississippi, the whole landscape (and soil and plants) was different. Even THAT was taken from them.
