steaks with peppers and onion?

anyone have any good ideas on how to make steaks (grilled) with peppers and onions? how ways that will make it taste better??? also along with that i would like to bake a potato (in the oven) still with its skin and wrapped in foilhow long will the potato take to make?

Try seasoning the steaks on 'both' sides w/ sea salt or kosher salt and pepper(be sure steaks are chilled,pop back into fridge.)
