My steering wheel on my car is locked. I have trying moving the wheel while I turn the key.no luck any other ideas?
its only indecent exposure if you have done this in public, in the privacy of your own home you can run around naked all you want. answering the door IS indecent exposure.
We already have too much of this nanny state crap going on. Seat belt and helmet laws may not be unConstitutional but they are certainly unAmerican.
I live in the UK and motorcyclists are required to wear helmets by law. I would always wear a helmet when driving, and I always wear all the protective gear such as jacket, trousers, gloves and boots even though there is no legal requirement to do so. This may seem odd, but I don't think it should be a legal requirement. I wear all the gear because I am aware of the risks and I value my skin. At then end of the day, we are adults and can make our own decisions. Helmets make riding safer since they not only save your life, but protect your face and eyes from rain, spray from the roads, wind, etc. which can distract you from driving and result in you making a mistake. I think that the positives of wearing a helmet are well known and appreciated by all riders, so if they want to take a mature decision and not wear one then let it be on their own head (literally).
