Answer:

Here's an easy one that uses a bottled spaghetti sauce: 2 lbsground beef, 1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, diced 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbspolive oil 1 lbspaghetti, cooked al dente and drained 2 large jars Prego spaghetti sauce (Prego is best) Mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, grated black olives, sliced for garnish Brown ground beef and drainAdd oil, garlic, onion and celery and saute until vegetables are softAdd spaghetti sauce and simmer for five minutesMix in spaghetti noodles until well coatedPour into a greased 13 x 9 baking panTop with cheeses and sliced olivesBake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutesYou can use any type of pasta shapes, including large elbow macaroniSometimes, when I have time, I add a few things to make it taste even better: 1My OWN homemade spaghetti sauce OR 2A can of beef gravy (this comes from an old Sunset Magazine recipe!) OR 3Sour cream, believe it or not4Cream cheese, melted in the spaghetti sauce(The last two ingredients are secrets that people usually rave about.) Easy peasy, lemon squeezyEnjoy!
