Question:

t-bone a car while I was on motorcycle?

so i was involved in a motorcycle accident a few days ago where i t-bone a car and flew a few feet and broke my jaw. the person i hit had her right turn blinker on, she was actually preceding to turn right into this business parking lot and out of no where she hooked her car and made a quick left U turn. i immediately hit the brakes and slid into the back side of her car by her gas tank door.I was wheeled off in a ambulance and wasn‘t able to say my part of the story very much to the cop but i‘m sure the cops will say it was my fault just because she got to fabricate what happened. What should i do?

Answer:

Bought the t-shirt. Had the traditional Sorry I failed to see you mate. despite sporting a brilliant yellow water resistant jacket on a vivid sunny afternoon. Doing (a legal) 30mph on an city through street and a few comic pulled out of a driveway proper throughout in entrance of me not up to 10 yards away. Nowhere to head but straight into the part of the vehicle. Bust the throttle twist grip and a entrance mudguard stanchion. I hit the automobile with my chest and the handlebars spectacularly destroyed the driver's side window. The bit that sucked was once the entire rubberneckers that came out of nowhere have been sympathizing with the stupid driver who admitted it was once her fault to the police. Hats off to the one guy on my side who lent me a screwdriver and some tape to cludge my broken throttle manipulate.
All you can do is go down to the police station and give your statement on the accident. When you go to court, the judge will decide what's what. They hear these stories all day long and hopefully passes judgement in your favor. Get well soon. Hope you have insurance.
Not enough information. On the street? Number of lanes? Your speed? About I can figure of you not being at fault would be if it was on the streets, you in the left lane when she made an illegal u-turn from the right lane. If that was the case, would not have to do anything, her fault. Otherwise, you should have dodged.
