T-MOBILE! NEW PHONE. help!?

hey, i have the samsung gravity through t-mobile, and they have now made it a free phone my phone has been randomly shutting of at different times, and i was looking to get a new one! do you think it would be possible to get a different ''free phone'' replacement for mine? or no, do i still have to get my same phone?please give me what you think! thanks

These are questions probably only T-Mobile can answer. Here's my best advice as a T-Mobile customer for years- Don't deal with customer service on the phone. GO INTO A T-MOBILE STORE! They are awesome. Go in - Take them your phone - tell them your problems - ask your questions - they'll let you know what your options are. It's possible you need a new battery? Last time that happened to me, the store associates GAVE me a new one FREE. You are able to upgrade your phone, but you have to have a good payment history and have had the phone for a certain amount of time (can't remember how long that is).
