You might want to check with your current insurer - if you're on a bop, they will most likely cancel you if you get tanning beds.
On liability it is a little all or nothing. Either the full business is insured under a liability policy or not. This is not true in all cases, but in a small business setting it is. The cost will not be a minimum of $2,500 though, it will be less than that. Get coverage and get the right coverage because a lawsuit is not worth your livelihood.
