The loader of my computer is sttoped working?

my loader of the laptop suddenly sttoped working i dont know what to do its not working and it making some weird noises and please please dont tell me stuff like check if the power in ur home is working.. check if the cables are connected check if it accidently .. its all fine just the loader is not working help me i have no way to get a new loader in this weak or the next one and i can only use my laptop not this one please help me im despret

What do you mean by your loader? If your computer isn't loading up properly when you turn it on. You need to run a service pack for whatever operating system your using. If you don't have the disk which i suspect you wont. Then take it to a shop. If that doesn't work its a hardware problem. In which case you'll definitely have to take it to a shop. Pay to get that part replaced or repaired. Most places will do it as you wait if there not busy but certainly by the next day if you ask them.
If I can figure out what you are saying my guess is that your power supply is not working. If so, then replace it. If the socket on the laptop is bad then get it repaired. Sorry , but you are very hard to understand.
If this question involves a laptop running XP and the error message is along the lines of NTLDR is missing, then one of two things has happened: Easy) remove any CDs and unplug all USB devices from your laptop. It may be attempting to boot from the wrong place Hard) if the problem still occurs with no USB devices attached, your hard drive is failing or has failed (which is reasonable for an older PC running XP). A new hard drive is probably the best solution.
