Question:

Tire pressure??? 2007 toyota tundra??

The panel on my door says my tire pressure should be 33 psi BUT!!! the tire says 80 psi Which is the correct tire pressure to have????

Answer:

You must be reading the tire wrong. 33 psi.
The tires can be used on a variance of cars or trucks. The max pressure listed on the side of the tire is just that, the maximum safe pressure for that tire, regardless of application. The pressure listed on the panel is for your particular vehicle, this is taking into account the weight and vehicle characteristics. Use the pressure listed on the panel, it's correct for your vehicle.
