Question:

How can you make a propeller be tied to the Back of a boat made of 2 tounge depres?

The propeller is made of Tongue depressor Sticks. The materials we can use are 1) Aluminum foil 2) 1 sheet of newsprint the size of a sheet of lined paper 3) A metre of Masking tape 4) 2 Rubber bands.

Answer:

The charge actually doesn't matter. Lightning can strike a negative charge as well. What you do want is a long metal pole to stick up out of the ground. Lightning comes in two forms, with negative lightning occurring the most. This is when a streamer shoots down from the clouds, and splits off into a bunch of other streamers. When the electric field gets close enough to the ground, a leader will shoot out of the ground where the most positive charge is and connect to the streamer, and you have a bolt. However this can happen in reverse too, although it happens less than 5% of the time. A streamer shoots from the ground upward. This is called positive lightning. Either way, a metal pole in the ground will provide either of these mediums, because it conducts electricity so well. It is more likely to become the leader when negative lightning strikes because electrons can travel so easily through it that it reacts to the electric field the lightning produces, and attracts the bolt. What you could do if you had the means, is attach a metal can filled with some sand at the top of the pole. Lightning is so strong and hot, that if it hits it dead on, you can make glass!
Like Bill Clinton like his new secratary of state Hillary Clinton. Osama Barack is a coward bends over backwards to help terrorists coware in a corner begging our enemies not to hurt him. He wants to tuck tail in Iraq, he wants to become france Pakastan negioate with the Taliban Osama Bin Laudin. THis is who sadly americans voted for. They voted for a coward.
just hit those curbs and driveways at an angle, and speed bumps as well. its kind of hard to explain, but you'd have to go one way then turn the other way as you clear it. (ex. making a right going down the curb/driveway: steer left while slowly driving then as you clear it just enough go right and you should be fine)
