Question:

The reason that the centrifugal pump repeatedly breaks the shaft at the pump shaft and the wheel hub

The reason that the centrifugal pump repeatedly breaks the shaft at the pump shaft and the wheel hub

Answer:

Centrifugal pump several times in the pump shaft and wheel hub at the end of the shaft: the pump shaft too much force, fatigue broken shaft.
When the actual operating flow of centrifugal pump deviates from the design flow rate of 50%, the radial force of the centrifugal pump will be 2.5 times of its design point.
Therefore, if the pump runs for a long time from the design point of flow, it will cause the stress of the pump shaft to deteriorate and cause the axle to break. Practice has proved that if the actual flow of water pump is less than 50% of the designed flow rate, the shaft breaking will happen. If the actual flow of the pump is less than 60% of the designed flow rate, the axle shaft must break.
