Answer:

Still posting phoney questions eh? Is your life so boring this is all you can think to do for excitement?
How does an ASE Certified Mechanic Somehow cross wires(?) I can see it now.I wonder what happens when i cross this wire, with that.oh sh*t, FLUFFY !! NOOOOOO. Sorry, but too funny to pass up. May fluffy, and your auto mechanic career rest in peace. Oh and if you use the acetaline torch to cut the gas tank straps, you may be joining Fluffy.
YOU my friend, are the unluckiest guy I have ever heard of! In 25 years of working on cars, I have NEVER heard of anyone losing their ASE certification. My guess is you won't get it back, because they must have found you seriously negligent to take such a severe step against you. If you feel you have been unjustly punished, contact an attorney. You may have grounds for legal action. the initial appointment is usually free, and sometimes you pay nothing unless your attorney wins. Good luck to you. That is an awful thing to happen to a professional mechanic.
No. Find another line of work that doesn't involve working with electricity or flammable liquids or other peoples' dogs.
It sounds a little fishy to me. I have never heard of ASE revoking a license how did they get involved? Also was it Michigan that issued the license I am in the Southwest and not familiar with your states regulations? What happened at your hearing, was there a commissioner, administrative law judge, hearing officer, where you represented, did you even go? You should have appellate rights, did you file your motion or petition for appeal / re-examination. What evidence did you or your legal counsel present at the hearing, who examined the evidence from the fire, insurance adjuster or an engineer, fire dept investigator? Was the shop sued and judgment was found in the woman’s favor for damages in excess of the actual loss amount? The Shop owner would ideally want you cleared of wrong doing so it would minimize his legal exposure. Negligence by an employee or agent would normally increase the award in a civil action. And in relation to the fire, why was it so bad, most everything is fused and / or on fusible links before the firewall, and high amperage components are on relays so the amp load in the cabin is low. What wires did you cross? Why didn't another employee act faster to extinguish the fire? Why were the doors locked and windows up? First thing we do here is put the front windows down incase anything needs to be checked or switched on our guys are not getting greasy hand prints everywhere also the keys are not accidentally locked in the car. If the story is true, I have to agree you have terrible luck, stay away from casinos, buy a lotto ticket who knows maybe things will turn around. As far as getting a state issued license reinstated maybe in six years, until then consider relocating, out in my neck of the woods most of the independent shops do not run checks criminal or otherwise .
