You know I have been thinking about this for a while. About 2-3 years ago there was an aritcle written about the bad guy in baseball how important it is to have someone that people can hate. The article was written when Bonds was out with an injury wasnt playing. The article basically was saying how much baseball needs an enemy. Someone to hate, someone people would tune in to watch just because they wanted to see him fail. Arod has said multiple times he is fan of Barry, The article even said many times that Arod just isnt a guy you can hate, unless he is caught having done steroids, or cheating he was just a guy you felt sorry for. I am not saying Arod dosent deserve all that he is getting dumpred on himbut i truly belive after thinking about this for a while that the media has realized just like so many other people that baseball fans need a bad guy the media best shot at this is making it Arod. They are going to dig up as much crap on him as they posibly could. This isnt going to be the end of it. They are going to work work until they make him out to be the bad guy in baseball You can thumb down me all you want just my opionion thinking!
That depends on how you lock the file. Word password-protected documents, for instance, stay protected when sent elsewhere. The password is still needed to edit or read them. Ditto for password protected .zip files and probably .rar files. In fact, any locking/protecting mechanism that isn't part of Windows itself will remain in effect the same way. That means you would need the same software anyplace you wanted to access the file. And that could require a second license. Also note that Word 2002/2003 and Word 2007/2010 password protection may differ. A protected .docx file may not be readable by Word 2002/2003. Hope that helps.
