it can be cleaned by using lemon juice and water on the stain and let the carpet dry and then vacuum
Professional carpet installers can do the piecemeal replacement for you. They can permanently attach the pieces together using a heat gun and special tape. They will also make sure that the grain of the carpet is flowing the same direction. Sorry that your carpet was ruined. Perhaps you should be reimbursed. Professionals have all the right tools necessary to do a perfect job. Good Luck
For those type of stains I really think you may need a professional cleaning service. The Tie dye stain can be a permanent stain on the carpet. The ink maybe worked out but again it depends on what type of ink. This I would most definitely call for Professional assistance.
Well, if it is a bunch of dye there isn't much you can do except replace the carpet. The stain is permanent. If the spot isn't too big, you can do a Carpet Transplant: Cut the stain out using a razor knife. Be careful to cut only the carpet, not the padding under it. Cut a piece of replacement carpet from a place no one will ever notice, like from inside a closet. Put the ruined piece on a piece of paper and trace around it. This will be your template. Cut this out and use it as a pattern for the new piece. You want an exact match in shape. Glue the replacement piece of carpet in place using waterproof glue. Attach it to the padding underneath. Or you can sew it into place by sewing it to the existing carpet. (You will need a curved needle if you sew it in place.) The repair should be invisible when you're done. -
