Question:

Toddler beds?

The general measurements for a toddler bed are something like 57x27x30. I'm ready to put my son in a toddler bed but he moves SO much I feel like the toddler beds on the market right now aren't quite big enough. Does anyone know of any store or brand or what not that makes oversized toddler beds? Do they even exist. Thanks for your help!

Answer:

Most toddler beds are all about the same size. If you feel that your child moves so much just invest in a bed with removable guard rails that way he is comfortable and safe. Once he is ready to be comfortable you can easily remove the rails. Good Luck.
I do not know of oversize toddler beds but a possibility could be to use a regular single bed and the purchase and then purchase bed rails to keep the child from rolling out.
toddler beds are the same size as a crib. You use your crib mattress. the next size up would be a twin bed. Most toddlers do fine in a toddler bed till 3 or 4. Sometimes older. My son didn't like the toddler bed so after a month or two we bought a twin bed and he sleeps fine in it.
I don't think they exist. If you want a bigger bed just get a twin bed. A lot of people skip the toddler bed and go straight to a twin, but its usually a good idea to put it directly on the floor - skip the frame, so its not so high off the ground. I have a very active 3 year old in a toddler bed and its not too small. But if I didn't already have the toddler bed I would have no problem putting her into a twin, either.
