Trachycarpus Fortunei (Windmill Palm) Planting help?

I have 3 trachycarpus fortunei in my garden (each roughly about 64), and one of them has a bunch of seeds ready for replanting according to the book and sites on the net.The problem is that I do everything required, and the seeds just don‘t sprout. I keep them in warm places, and go by the book. why arent they sprouting?!Thanks.

That's why they are called additives-just adds expenses to your otherwise perfectly running car.
Hey one year I collected some Windmill Palm seeds from the zoo in Seattle and planted them in little pots in my green house. Geez, it must have taken them a year or more to come up. I didn't peel anything off of them or soak them so maybe that's why. Don't know for sure but now I have four of them growing outside. Three of them have very stiff leaves and are shorter than the normal looking Windmill but one is just a regular one. The reg one doesn't do very well in the cold here in Washington but the other 3 are perfect! So just be patient and don't throw them out. Janice
