But I would like my tragus pierced on my other ear so just wondered how much it would hurt in comparison to a scaffold, piercing and healing process? Its thicker so I'm expecting it would hurt more...

I have my tragus done.. Personally it wasn't sore at all it did swell a bit but I just kept it clean and it was perfect I still have it and I love it I've had it about 2-3 years now
