Question:

Transmission/Engine Fire!?

1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2. I was pulling a trailer up the hill and I noticed that the transmission wasn't dropping to a lower gear and had a slight shudder. It bogged down to about 15 mph when a neighbor flagged me down that flames were coming from under the Jeep. Opening the hood they were coming up behind the engine. We were able to put the fire out with snow and I let it cool down and it ran again to drive the mile to my house. Is this a problem with the transmission or transfer case? I dropped it down in to 4X low but I still wasn't getting the low-end torque. A similar problem happened 2 weeks ago and then I noticed that putting it into low gear going down hill did not slow the Jeep down much. ThanksSing

Answer:

slowly, so it does not compress the springs after the front wheels pass the bump
I don't think they are. Yes they are cold but: metal is cold. They aren't dead and dead cold is different from metal cool. Yes the shimmer as you said: BUT! The twilight vampires looked like they had a million diamonds under their skin. And is it a kind of metal shimmer? Or could it be more like a reflective kind of thing. You could change it a little just asking :) Super Speed and Strength is something all vampires that have ever existed had. Dracula was super strong and fast because he sucked the life from humans. He has the combined strength of like a million people! I think the whole objects floating because mercury is really dense is a really cool aspect and if you want them to be super strong then do it! It's your story! When I see your shapeshifter in my head i don't think of a twilight vampire at all. Hope this helps 3
Wireless high speed is faster than wireless slow speed, but the connection from your computer to the server you're connecting to isn't high speed all the way. Think of it like changing from a '54 Chevy to a new Porsche, driving on a modern high-speed concrete superhighway - with 3-foot high speed bumps. The Porsche IS higher speed than the Chevy, the road IS higher speed than your local street, but you won't get there any faster. But transferring files from one computer on the network to another is faster.
