Question:

Trying to install new Radio Wire Harnesses are different what do I do?

I bought a pioneer radio for a van I owned but the engine blew. So I took it out and sold the van. Now I have a new van and don't want to pay $80 bucks to have the radio installed. So I tried to do it myself but the wire harnesses were different. Don't really know where to go from here. If there is an easy way to switch them, please let me know.

Answer:

You need a new wire harness adaptor for the van you have now, the old one will not work with your current vehicle, evidently. That is all that you need, can pick it up at any of your local audio shops.
An outfit called Metro makes harnesses for most radio conversions. Pep Boys has many of them and like the previous answerer stated, audio shops also have them. Check with places that specialize in installs such as Best Buy and similar in your area if you can't find it at your local auto store.
its elementary use a hardness that are colour lined to be elementary and grab your aftermarket strereo and hook up each and all of the wires and its extremely elementary i found out a thank you to try this earlier i even knew how topersistent lol. and that i found out while ultimate purchase wished to cost 60 dollars to connect 10 wires mutually
