Question:

Tyre. AT or MT?

Whats the diff between AT and MT tyre? what are the advantages and the disadvantages? thanks.

Answer:

All Terrain and Mud Terrain. All terrain is better, unless you like a lot of noise, or live in a swamp. AT performs much better in all climates, and conditions. Bridgestone's Dueler line of tires offers a good variety, excellent wear, warranty, and, performance. (I sound like a commercial). and it's TIRE.
Max Traction tires are generally only available in LT-Metric sizes which means if your truck came with P-Metric or Euro-Metric tires you have to be really careful about tire pressures. MT's are designed primarily for off-road use. On road they tend to be loud and don't offer the dry pavement traction of an AT tire. MT's typically are not that great in snow and ice either (no siping) if that is a concern. If you drive mostly on pavement with only light off-road, get AT's. If you go muddin' or just think they look cool, get MT's.
