If you win on paddypower those winnings are then automatically updated into your paddypower account. You are then able to transfer the funds to either your credit card or account etc. Whatever method you deposited funds into paddypower in the first place, you can manually transfer any winnings back.
Technically the bet is based on points from games in the league. If hearts are deducted points the bet should become void.
