Question:

HELP - Extremely harassing ex-girlfriend!!!?

UM hi. Thanks for looking. She has been married happily for like 8 years or something. She pretended to be someone else, sent e a fake picture and pretended to be interested in me. She refused to talk to me on the phone, saying that she was shy or had hearing problems or something. She was also long distance and too busy to come visit. She got lots of very personal info out of me that way. Then her character became a prostitute and I dumped her. After refusing to respond to her BS emails after that, she admitted that it was really my x and everything was made up. I filed a restraining order on her and she violated it and apologized so I unfortunately let it go. Then I got engaged. Somehow, she found where I livedI had to move. Then she sent countless lies to my fiance and I lost the fiance.I've since filed a new restraining order and lawsuit for $10k for harassment, slander, defamation of character, intentional infliction of emotional distress, etc.Now she hired a lawyeri'm nervous

Answer:

Not really. Manufactured homes, like motor vehicles, only depreciate in valueALWAYS. So while the labor your husband may put into it will be free, the time and money spent in materials for the repairs will not add any value to the home. It will make for a more comfortable living (for sure), but be prepared to lose money when it comes to sell. Unless you plan on living there forever. What it really comes down to is how much you two can afford and the location you two are most comfortable living in. Also keep in mind, rent to own properties don't always go as planned. Many times the tenants/future homeowners change their minds after experiencing what it's like living in the property for a year so. The landlord(s)/seller(s) may also change their mind, or sell to a higher bidder at the end of the lease. Not likely with a mobile home, but possible. If you two are sincerely interested in renting-to-own, my honest opinion would be that you have the lease the contract of sale written up prior to signing, that there aren't any stipulations in the contract that would allow the owner to sell the property from under you, if possible, have the monthly rent payments count towards payment of the home, and if you're going to apply for financing, you get pre-approved *prior* to the end of the lease. Mobile home financing is a completely different ballgame than applying for a mortgage. Good luck :-)
sorry that this answer is too tardy to help you today. but you might check out the rubba scrubba. i don't have one. but from the testimonials about it, anyone with a pet should have one. it will also work for sofa cushions etc. and nothing to replace.
Use tape as a lint brush. Wear a different coat.
A piece of tape will remove those hairs
You can use tape, a rubber glove, or a sponge. For tape, wrap some tape around your hand and use it like one of those sticky lint rollers. Rubber glove, such as one used for cleaning. Rub it over the coat. The rubber when rubbed over the coat will attract the hair and pull it off. SpongeSlightly wet a sponge-damp not soaking. Rub it over the coat. It should collect the hair.
