You should report your concerns to the state licensing board. I don't know what the equivalent is in the US, but in Canada, each province has a College of Physicians and Surgeons. People can make complaints about physicians they have concerns about. It must be done in writing, however.
I think the more appropriate question would be, how many arabians do not have Bask in them? Theres been alot of talk about overbreeding, unwanted horses, dropped horse market etc, My only comment is, go read all those and then see if you still want me to answer your question.
If you shop at Walmart, don't expect to find quality items. You also bear some responsibility here. Having said that, you should simply write a letter to the State medical association and make a complaint - not about his car but about his treatment during your sessions with him. If I were you, I would write the letter with a bit more objectivity - you sound more like a jilted lover than someone with a complaint about how your treatment did or did not go. You are paying for his medical expertise, not his love, and he gives that expertise to his patients in a scheduled way. He is a psychiatrist, maybe not as good as you hoped he would be, but you know what they call the person who graduated at the bottom of the class in medical school? - doctor.
