Very small Living Room measures 9.5 x 13 feet. How to furnish so it looks nice, sophisticated, not cramped?

Answer:

Oh, come on here. There are good and bad things about every era. I was very happy during the 50's. I was born in 1950, I had the best parents anyone could possibly ask for, I was secure and loved, and encouraged. I had a fine school to attend. I remember Dad, a dairy farmer, asking my mother Alberta, what in the world will we do with all this money in this one milk check? I could walk down the road and see my friends about any time. Yes, there were bad things too, my grandparents were murdered, and an older brother got in some trouble, but you cannot go on thinking about everything bad. Think on the positive and be a happier person!
Go own up now before he finds it Explain it was an accident and you will replace it.
The 50's were not only simpler but it still held if a person were willing to work or study hard you could make something of your self which is not true today.
The '50s to me was not like that at all. I loved it in school when we recited the Pledge of Allegiance with under God in it. No one ever mocked me. I did not get pregnant, and the only girl in school who did had her baby. Children leave school more illiterate these days than in the 1950's. No one ever beat me, and no teacher mocked or degraded me. I took a shower after PE so I would not smell. We also had inside plumbing and running water. I played with my brother's chemistry set, cowboys and Indians, kick-the-can, and happily wore beautiful prom dresses to all three of my high school proms. We knew about nutrition, raised our own garden, and the food did not have an expiration date on it because we ate it before it expired or canned it. I could go on and on
