Question:

video card upgrade, power cable too short?

is there any way to fix this? i don't want to upgrade my power thingy though.

Answer:

just take out the shorter cable and buy a bgger 1 and install in onto it.
Did the cardboard incorporate a cable that has a huge and small white connector on one end and a huge connector on the different? Or a small connector on one end and a extensive 4pin connector on the different end? If it did, connect the small connector to the small 4 pin interface connection on the lower back of the cardboard and hook the means suppy to the different end of the cardboard. This ingredients the voltage mandatory to run the fan, you pick this for cooling.
Not sure what you are referring to here. But you should be able to find a power cable long enough at Wal-mart or maybe a flea market or even a yard sale.I've seen them at Salvation Army and Providence Ministries that sell all kinds of stuff.
just buy the long cable...easy right?
If your cable can plug out.. Replace it with longer one.
