if i swap my cell phone on the virign mobile website, can i trade it for a different model? i have the wild card and i want to switch it with the new Xtc. can i? and if not, where can i buy the XTC?
I don't know about the messages, but the ringtones are not transferrable. Each phone has its own code for Ringtones and unfortunately there is no way to get ringtones from one phone to another.you just have to buy them again. Bummer, I know
Yes, swapping phone with Virgin Mobile is easy. First you purchase the new phone, wait for it to come in, then log into your account and click on swap phones and follow through the online steps. As of now, Virgin Mobile is still working to get the X-TC phone on the main website. Unfortunately, you must wait until Virgin Mobile puts in on the site before you can buy it. This phone will not be in stores until near the end of April, but it will be online very soon. Hope this helps )
