Wats better having a short ram intake or a cold air intake? And why??? ?

Answer:

Cold air intake (CAI) is designed to draw in cooler air but in actuality is no different than a Short ram. All the heat produced by the engine, circulates under the hood and beneath heat rises but the hood prevents the majority of it from escaping causing it to find any way possible to be released. Unless the the intake is close behind the front bumper or underneath the car (which is a bad idea due to water puddles) to draw in cooler air, warm/hot air will more than likely be what is drawn in. No noticeable gain with either. Turbo cars benefit greatly from them since the intake ratio of oxygen is higher then a non turbo.
cold will give u more power fuel economy etc but short ram is safer for everyday driving since cold air usually hangs pretty low and on rainy days can cause engine to blow if sucks up water from a puddle or something.have seen it happen several times.
You can paint anything. How long it will stick is another matter. Ask at a paint store and tell them what you are painting. You must clean the tile clean first.
Yes you can. Better change the ceramic with new one Maybe with mosaic ceramics? They’re so fashionable and timeless.
