Polycarb shouldn't be used in powers over - 3.00 max You need 1.67 aspheric high index lenses , or even 1.74 if you can afford them. Weight won't be a problem with lenses like that either. The choice of frame is also very important. In a power that high , every millimeter your eyes are decentered from the geometric centers of the frame, adds almost 1 mm in thickness to the edge. So the size of the frame is very important.
