Take it to a shop and get them to find the noise. Its not easy to identified a noise just by description of the costumer, you have to look under the car and look for bushings worn out broken links etc. It may well be the strut top/ mount but you have other places in the suspension that can cause that noise. For example it could be that the shims or springs that hold the brake pads could be broken or missing and the brake pads could be loose on the brake pad holder making them rattle every time you go over a bump. Just to give you an idea. Good luck
it will say on the extinguisher what fires to use it on. if the extinguisher is listed for A,B,C fires, you can use it for any fire. the problem is has the fire gotten big enough that the extinguisher will not last long enough to get the fire out. once the fire reaches a certain point, a hand held extinguisher is not going to put the fire out.
