you can get one in a drugstore or walmart. You need to get a clock radio with at least two alarms. Set all 3 15 minutes apart. You'll get up, shut one off, 15 min later another one will go off ALL alarms need to be across the room. You will have to get up to shut the danged things off. Don't use the puny things that are called alarms on your ipod or phone. These wouldn't wake an ant.
