Question:

What are in a battery?

I was told I can replace an alarm battery with a 12v 4 amp OR 7 amp. Currently it's using a 4 amp. The service person I was speaking did not inspire confidence during our conversation, so I'm concerned about the 4 vs. 7 amp. I have only been able to locate a 12v 7 amp battery. Was it accurate advice - will I be safe in going to a 7 amp?

Answer:

If I understand your question correctly you are building a bar by which I assume you mean for serving alcohol, Why go to the expense of copper and stainless when the trade uses plastic and pushfit. No problems with bending and awkward tight places and its all very flexible.
lightning likes to strike any metal surface. cell phones are one of the things that most attact lightning due to the static discharge they release the easiest way would probably be to go out in a field with no trees and build a metal tower that can divert lightning during a lightnig storm into a control electtric current
It could be what Wayne T says or it could be a non physical being causing this, try not to freak out, fear only makes them want to stay, explain to this being he doesn't belong there and ask him to move on, do be afraid, be calm and remember that as long as you don't allow it by feeling fear, it can't do anything to you. Happy holidays.
Stainless fittings will work fine. It's overkill but you will have no problems.
I've seen all types of compression fittings but the ring inside is always brass. And that is what you use with copper.
