Hopefully this was just a 1 off situation you are talking here and not a regular occurrence. That may be explained by him having a bad day. No-one deliberately leaves traces of faeces in a friends toilet, especially if they want to keep that person as a friend. Let's say he uses a different brand of toilet roll and the paper somehow ripped and as a consequence your friend wiped his $$ with their finger and just got some poo on the hand spray. If I was a good friend I wouldn't mention it to him unless it became a habit.
