Buy organic vegetables these are grown without any chemicals and when the food from these are made at home without the use of preservatives and chemicals the food will be without additives and chemicals. If you want to use then you can use the herbs or spices that are natural.
the current owners are responcible for that. do not get involved.there could be maney more breaks.it seems the lines were frozen.insist that all repairs be made before you take possesion.or get a estimate from a plumber .and deduct it from the puchase price.do not give in on this.good luck.
its a buyers market. if the owners left two visible burst pipes,then what have they left that you can't see? i would deduct the cost of a full house re-plumb from the offer.and if they don't like it then i would walk away and find somewhere with less potential hazards. cos a house like this, probably needs a rewire too.
Yes its likely you have more. A real plumber will fill your system w/ water, then pressurize it w/air. You will have some water leakage nearly everywhere though. You need to remember that plumbing runs INSIDE of lots of walls in the home, and they are not all visable.
