Answer:

You have to exercisenot just to lose weight, but to be healthyAnd you will never lose that amount of weight without exercise Try to focus on protein and vegetables and leave out the bread and sweets for a whileReplace soda with waterAnd start runningRun a few minutes a day at first and set a goal to work towardYou will see results quicklyBut be realistic! 30 pounds is a lot of weight.
You have to exercisecome on its not just gonna magically come off! Change your eating patterns, to a 1,500 calorie a day dietand exercise at least 3 times a weekand you may be able to lose between 10-15 poundsI don?t know about 30 lbs , but if you make it to that, then more power to youGood Luck! Your going to have to figure out why you can't lose weightHave you tried an exercise and diet routine that didn't give any results? If you want to lose that much weight your most likely going ot need to exercise or exercise more then you are already doingAs for diet, you will need a serious diet if you do not plan on exercising, get rid of all trans fat (partially hydrogentaed oils, and hydrogenated oils) they make you fat and are horrible for your health, linked to many diseases, also get rid of high fructose corn syrupUse olive oil or evoo (extra virgin) for cooking, so you will get the healthy fatsTo cruve your appetite eat yogurt or drink tea, also make sure to have 8 glasses of water, really helps you eat lessYour plate size should be smaller, give yourself smaller portions of meat, or unhealthy things, instead eat beans, legumes, vegetables, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, ectIf you drink milk, make sure it is skim milk or try almond or rice milkDo not eat fast food or go to restaurantsNo junk foodReward yourself, every Sunday I make a homemade pizza and dig in! Also for desserts, when you are desperate and need some, fat free sugar free jello pudding available in the grocery store or wal-mart, very cheap and its fat free, also tastes amazing, use skim milk though to mix itGood luck.
Introduce your child to Play-Doh or clay to try her hand at sculptingMake a plaster casting of your child's handPress her hand into wet plaster, pull it straight out and allow the mold to dry thoroughlyYou can then decorate the form with paintA cardboard tube that's found inside a roll of paper towels, aluminum foil or waxed paper can be used as a megaphoneOr put duck tape on each end and fill with dried beans and rice for music makersOr make a telescope and watch for birds or gaze at the starsUse a straw to blow bubbles in the bathtub or in a small dish (make sure you supervise so we don't accidentally drink the waterUse your imagination there are so many things to do.
