I'm suffering really badly from constipation to the point where I clog the toilet :( and before I see a doctor I want to make changes to my diet to see if that could be the problemAt the moment, I've just moved to the US so I'm still waiting on my work permit and during the day I hardly exercise because the weather is freezing but i've found some work out videos on YouTube which I'm going to doCan lack of movement cause constipation?In the morning I eat a cereal bar and not much else for the rest of the day until dinner which my MIL makes and I snack on things which aren't healthyCan someone give me some breakfast and lunch examples which are high in fiber?

If you are using a mask that do not fit properly, it can create such type of problemYou have to try different masks and choose one that fits well on your face

You often need to go back to your doctor's office to have the fitting adjustedThere are different masks available and some adjustments they can make so it will fit betterMeanwhile, you could try buying some moleskin with a sticky-back and put it across the bridge pieceBut this might effect the seal so definitely work with your doctor on a more permanent solution.
