Question:

What are the best defensive poles in Lacrosse?

I have a cheap shaft right now and I‘m planning on getting a new one. I like the Dolomite diamond because it is strong and light, plus the diamond grip, but it‘s way too expensive. Any suggestions?

Answer:

The Dolomite is a good dpole becase it doesn't bend very easily and is strong and light like you said. Other shafts that I reccommend are the KryptoPro. It's in the same boat as the dolomite which is a good quality, strong and light, dpole that does not bend real easily. If your willing to spend 230 bucks on a pole then you should definitely get the STX Sci Ti Pro. Don't get this shaft if you just like to continually update and get new poles b
yeah whilst your a middie you will desire to be checking the different communities middies whilst your middie and yeah if a defeneder has it dont et him clean it provide up him and get that ball decrease back im to unsure ive under no circumstances fairly run right into a case the place i had to try this nicely as you probaly understand theres a undeniable line that attack won't be able to go whatever bat you cant rotate around the purpose, nicely a minimum of we did as attack.
