What are the legal stipulations of running auto tires on your motorcycle in the occurance of of an accident?
You Never want to put car tires on a motorcycle. They do not have the flexibilty in the sidewalls that is needed when turning. very dangerous to you and others on the road. It is just plain STUPID
What size of car tyre fits a bike? That sounds like madness
Since auto tires are not designed for the stresses of a motorcycle, it will be considered one of the factors which caused the accident. And, they are not safe to use at any speed, so don't.
