I speeded many times, and didn't get caught..so sort of a habit once in a while. I don't speed in school zones heh.
I speed when I can see that it is safe to or the flow of traffic is speeding too. It is safer to speed with the traffic than become an obstacle at the speed limit.
I go 2 to 5 mph below the speed limits. of course its because Im not supposed to be driving.
I doubt it. It's pretty difficult to use one if it's enclosed. In fact, I would suspect that the opposite is truethat they're not permitted to be enclosed.
I have payed the State of California several hundred dollars due to my lead foot habits I finally curbed my speeding habit by using cruise control I agree I never speed in a school zone or on residential streets The open highway on the other hand feels like a speedway to me LOL
