I want to make my own indo board, but I don't know what the rollers are covered in it looks like some rubber or fabric thing, can you help me out?
I could be as mentioned, the wrong part. Are you using the key that came with the lock? Having a wrong key could also be a problem as the key must be in the Accessory position in order to be installed correctly. Put the key in the lock and rotate it CCW in the housing then try and insert it.
