Best thing is to ignore get it on. They are obviously not a mechanic. The only thing to be done is have the car inspected by a competent body shop for the extent of actual damage. Most times if a frame has been damaged they can straighten it with the proper equipment.
best bet is to get a tow truck and tow it to the closest repair shop because it seems like your oil tank underneath has a hole in it due to the hard impact of the car landing on the bump. Unfortunately, things like this happen. My car isn't extremely low but I once had a similar dilemma however not as bad as your situation because nothing happened to my car to the point where the oil would leak out.. Unless, you live extremely close to a repair shop (no more than a mile) then you should just drive there yourself.
